Somewhere far by the Atlantic there is an Eclair Heaven called Leitaria da Quinta do Paco, in the city of Porto.
There you can delight in a wonderful variety of eclairs, next to the classic chocolate. How about a maracuja, lemon, coffee or forest fruit eclair? Or some seasonal options such as mint, strawberry or apple with nuts?
My favourite is dark chocolate eclair, with a thick hard dark chocolate deliciousness on top the soft smooth yummy chantilly cream filled treat……
If sweet isn’t your thing you could go for the tuna, salmon or ham sneclair. But why would you? The sweet ones are just too good!
